How Do I Enroll?

You can contact BeHealthy to have a licensed agent meet with you in your home or at a secure, private location to review the plan in detail. The agent will be able to answer questions and find a plan that best suits your personal needs.

2015 Enrollment may also be completed directly with BeHealthy via telephone by contacting BeHealthy’s Customer Service department toll-free at 1-855-522-2870.
You may also contact TTY at 1-855-522-2973.

2016 Enrollment may also be completed directly with Florida Blue via telephone by contacting Florida Blue’s Customer Service department toll-free at 1-855-601-9465.
You may also contact TTY at 1-800-955-8770.

Enrollment can also be completed by mail.

Social Security & Medicare

Medicare is managed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Social Security works with CMS by enrolling people in Medicare.

Don’t have a Red, White, and Blue Medicare card? The Social Security Administration
has an online application you can use to apply for Social Security and Medicare benefits. It’s convenient, quick and easy. There’s no need to drive to a local Social Security office or wait for an appointment with a Social Security representative. You can click here to connect to the official website of the Social Security Administration:

In most cases, once your application is submitted electronically, you’re done. There are no forms to sign and usually no documentation is required. Social Security will process your application and contact you if they need more information. Otherwise you’ll receive your Medicare card in the mail.


Looking for a plan? The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has made it easy for you to join a plan of your choice through a secure, online process from the comfort of your home or any location with
internet access. If you already know the name of the plan you want to
join, or if you would like to look at and compare other plans in your area, you can click here to connect to the official U.S. Government website
for Medicare.
